This statement sums up young designer Meghan Fabulous, who has been on the scene for quite sometime.

Her career began with her attendance to the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. An internship at CFDA created the opportunity for her to work with Ralph Lauren, Isaac Mizrahi, and Calvin Klein. Her experience in New York was the catalyst that fueled her motivation to create her own line.

The lifestyle and sunny beaches of California brought her back home where she began her journey as an entrepreneur. She created three labels for the junior and contemporary markets under Mazzie Gold (junior line), Meg & Ginger (hip junior line), and Meghan Noland (contemporary). The lines have been carried at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy’s West, Lane Crawford Hong Kong & China, Selfridges UK, Harvey Nichols UK, Henri Bendels, Fred Segal, Madison, Lisa Kline, Blonde, Big Drop, Ravinstyle, and many more specialty stores nationwide. Meghan Fabulous’ clothes have also been worn by many of Hollywood’s premiere actresses; Angelina Jolie, Mia Maestro, Reese Witherspoon, Alyssa Milano, Hillary Swank, Tori Spelling, Paris Hilton and Shakira to name a few!

Meghan Fabulous’s design talents have not gone unnoticed by the press and media. She has been featured in WWD, Elle, Las Vegas Magazine, Glamour, In Touch, Audrey, Metropop, Lucky, People, US Weekly, Star, Fashion Wire Daily, Jane, Hollywood Life, Daily Candy, and many other media outlets.

Meghan, the designer is now focusing where her heart and passion truly lie; the Designer and Couture markets. She is an artist and feels that women are like blank canvases ready to be adorned with innovative designs, fabrics, exciting colors, and emotions. Meghan by Meghan Fabulous is a contemporary designer line specifically tailored for the fashion driven sex pot who appreciates unique fashion forward designs that are fun and sexy. My Fall 2005 “Fashion Es Jesus” Collection is inspired by the cultures, religions, politics, and friends surrounding my world. I took all these unique fabrics of life and put them into a giant fashion blender. This collection will introduce my customer to finer fabrics, detailed construction, and more personal touches than they have ever seen before from me. I am now ready to express how clothing truly makes me feel; sexy, feminine, and FABULOUS!

At a very young age Meghan Fabulous realized her strongest passion from within was a desire to create & design clothing. With inspirations from the likes of Elsa Schaperelli, Galliano, & Marcia Curely Isreal, Meghan made the trek to New York to cultivate her already innate talent of fashion design. After attending F.I.T, Meghan followed up with an apprenticeship at the CDFA, which enabled her to have mentorship, & work with noted fashion designers Calvin Klein, Bill Blass, Todd Oldham & Versace. This journey would become the stepping-stone to create & launch the global brand, Meghan Los Angeles. Season after season, each collection presents timeless silhouettes for the confident, sexy & modern woman, while allowing the client to embrace a sense of individuality. Meghan’s unique sense of detailed embellishments & vibrant color palettes, all while encompassing a strong focus on quality & fine fabrications has escalated Meghan Los Angeles to a Global Designer Brand of ready to wear, couture, sportswear & accessories. “My goal has always been to channel my aesthetic & voice in the form of wearable art.

This season for Meghan involved contrasts while engaging the extremes in design. Fusing delicate silk chiffon with rugged lambskin leather & incorporating bright pallets such as tomato red & regal purple against dark mood hues like smoldering grey & forest green was the perfect blend of naughty & nice. Meghan Los Angeles has been featured in many high-end publications such as Elle, In Style, Harper’s Bazaar & Allure, as well as being featured on fashion starlets such as: Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Dita Von Teese & Hilary Swank to name a few. July of 2008 will launch the exclusive Meghan Loft at Harrod’s London. The Meghan Loft is a shop in – shop concept of selling space, designed floor to ceiling by Meghan herself. It will deliver the Meghan shopping experience in full with the entire clothing range, accessories & gift items. The loft will reflect the Meghan customer with a well-traveled eclectic mix of fabulous must have items. In addition to Harrod’s London, Meghan Los Angeles can be found in boutiques & department stores worldwide including Henri Bendel, Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Kitson, Intermix, Bughatti/Dubai & Beymen/Egypt & Istanbul.
